MSP Project Document Review Rubric

Description

The MSP Project Document Review Rubric is intended for use by external evaluators of Mathematics and Science Partnership (MSP) projects. The instrument provides a framework for discussion between the external evaluator and project staff that will result in high quality evaluations and reports. External evaluators can use the rubric to examine project evaluation plans and reports that summarize evaluation results. In some cases both the evaluation plan and a report are incorporated into a single document, whereas in other cases they are separate. Timing of the use of the rubric to examine documents is an important consideration; it may be used to examine the documents both during development and after publication.
